PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive silicon powder having an electric passage superior in reliability and low electric contact resistance against external heat, pressure, and impact by having elasticity. SOLUTION: The conductive silicon powder contains: a silicon core in which mixing and dispersion are carried out so that at least one part of metal powders is exposed to a surface exterior; a first metal layer with which the entire surface of the silicon core is coated; and a second metal layer with which the entire surface of the first metal layer is coated. Because the inside silicon core has elasticity, if a pressure is given between opposing target objects, because it is elastically pressed down, a contact area of the target objects increases and the electric contact resistance is reduced. Furthermore, even if a physical impact from the exterior is added, this is absorbed by elasticity of the silicon core, and electric contact between the target objects is maintained with superior reliability. Furthermore, even if a crack occurs in the external metal layer by the heat and the pressure from the exterior, if the heat and the pressure are removed, the broken metal layer returns to the original position by the elasticity of the silicon, and is electrically coupled.
