PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute signal processing by effect plug-in even if a sampling frequency is changed in halfway. SOLUTION: When the sampling frequency is changed, the file path of the entity of the effect plug-in and a setting file including all parameters are read in step S131 and are stored in a hard disk. In step S132, the currently configured effect plug-in is discarded from a memory once. In step S133, the setting file stored in the hard disk is loaded. In step S134, the effect plug-in is reconfigured, based on the loaded setting file and is initialized at a new sampling frequency. In step S135, the parameters of the effect plug-in are reset.
