PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory shoe device advantageous in terms of realizing the miniaturization of electronic equipment and an accessory, and the electronic equipment and the accessory. SOLUTION: A pair of connector side guide surfaces 24 facing to each other in the width direction of a guide groove 18 and extended in an attaching direction is provided at the spot of an electronic equipment side connector 10 which forms the bottom part of a space part 22. A pair of connector side guide surfaces 24 is provided to position an accessory side connector 40 in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the guide groove 18, that is, in the width direction of the guide groove 18. A plurality of armatures 16 of the electronic equipment side connector 10 are provided at the spots of an inside member 12 between a pair of connector side guide surfaces 24 at the bottom part of the space part 22.
