PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize exhaust smoke produced when the refractory of a mixer car is dried/sintered. SOLUTION: This method of drying the refractory of the mixer car comprises three steps formed of (a) a drying step for evaporating moisture in the refractory 2, (b) a smoke exhausting step for exhausting organic substances present in the refractory 2 in the form of smoke, and (c) a baking step for sintering the refractory 2 and burning exhaust smoke remaining in the mixer 1.
