The main body (1) has a handle (11) having an opening into which a shank (103) of propulsion (10) is inserted. A positioning pin (105) installed in the opening is fitted in a ring groove (104) of a turned portion (102) of the propulsion. The shank is connected to a plotter which measures the torque generated when a head (101) turns a workpiece. A display exhibits the measured torque.
