The blind is made of a sheet of fabric (4), fitted with a transversally positioned weight (8) at its lower end, and attached to a rail (2) with its upper end using a strip of Velcro(RTM). A number of strings (5) is guided through rings (10) provided in parallel rows at the rear of the blind (4) and joined to small rectangular elements (14) with their upper ends. The elements (14) can be inserted into two transversal grooves (12) positioned opposite each other alongside a rotating drum (3).
