<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a conference image having sufficiently high visibility even on a user terminal, such as a mobile terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A multi-spot connection device 11 distributes two kinds of first and second distribution streaming data. The first distribution streaming data are composed of motion pictures from all user terminals 21-25. The second distribution streaming data contain only a motion picture from a user terminal corresponding to a present speaker, among the user terminals 21-25.
