<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting film type solid oxide fuel cell stack of which, the problem caused by a gap formed between an oxidant gas distribution member and itself is solved. <P>SOLUTION: The supporting film type solid oxide fuel cell stack is formed by laminating a plurality of sub-assemblies formed by wrapping the whole of unit cells of the supporting film type solid oxide fuel cell by an alloy foil provided with an opening for cathode, a fuel gas lead-in opening, and a fuel gas lead-out opening, through an interconnector and an insulation spacer having a wave-shaped part for fuel gas-flow and electric connection. A heat insulating cushion member, having electrical insulation property and restraining the permeation of the gas, is inserted into a gap between the stack and the oxidant gas distribution member distributing the oxidant gas to the stack.
