<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a state that the whole of power supply is cut off in a facility by storing and indicating the electrical energy of wind turbine generation and photovoltaic power generation, by predicting electrical energy consumption, and by effectively using accumulated power at the interruption of a commercial power supply. <P>SOLUTION: The wind turbine generator 1 and the photovoltaic power generator 3 are connected to a changeover switch 5, a power measuring element 6 is connected to the changeover switch, and further a storage unit 8 is connected to the power measuring element. Power is accummulated in an accummulator 7 connected to the wind turbine generator and the photovoltaic power generator.
