<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottomed cylindrical body for an aluminum-made bottle can for beverage in which chemical conversion treatment with less damage even in the working of a curled portion is provided without any leakage and corrosion in the bottle can, the bottle can using the same, a bottomed cylindrical body manufacturing method and a chemical conversion device therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In the bottle can manufacturing method for the aluminum-alloy-made bottle can with chemical conversion film and the device therefor in which a bottomed cylindrical body is formed by drawing or ironing an aluminum alloy plate, a cap mounting part is formed on the bottomed cylindrical body by necking, and a screw part is formed on the cap mounting part, a insoluble chemical conversion film is formed over the entire surface inside and outside the bottomed cylindrical body before the necking.
