<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum jointing member which can be manufactured in ease and low cost and at the same time can be used as a cooling member high in cooling performance, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The jointing member is constituted by an aluminum member 12 constituted of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, and a pipe-shaped member 14 consisting of a material which does not dissolve at a temperature near the melting point of the aluminum or the aluminum alloy, which is a material of the aluminum member 12, and aperture ends of both sides of the pipe-shaped member 14 are opened to an exterior of the aluminum member 12. Furthermore, the part between these aperture ends extends to the inside the aluminum member 12, and the outer peripheral surface of the part extending inside the aluminum member 12 is directly jointed to the aluminum member 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
