<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit board in which a Q value of a micro-strip line in a high frequency area is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic circuit board 10 is generally constituted of a first insulative base layer 11; a ground conductor 12 provided on the lower face of the insulative base layer 11; an insulating thin film layer 13 in which micro-strip lines 14, 15 are provided on both upper and lower faces, and which is laminated and fixed onto the first insulative base layer 11; a second insulative base layer 16 laminated and fixed onto the insulating thin film layer 13; a conductive pattern 17 provided on an upper face of the insulative base layer 16; and an electronic component 18 mounted on the conductive pattern 17. An opposing face side of each of the micro-strip lines 14, 15 is roughed for reserving a bond strength to the insulating thin film layer 13, but a potential difference between the opposing faces is not generated.
