PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-state setting material dispensing with a kneading step, capable of controlling generation of powder dust, and excellent in storability as well. SOLUTION: This fluid-state setting material having viscosity at 20°C of≤20 Pa s comprises a mixed particle containing portland cement and/or mixed cement and a calcium aluminate having 45-65 vol% voids between particles and an organic solvent having≥9.0 solubility parameter.
