<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve antitheft performance of a lock device provided with a solenoid unit on an outer face of a casing main body. <P>SOLUTION: A cylinder lock 5 and a rotator 7 connected with the cylinder lock 5 are stored in a part storage chamber 2a of the casing main body 2, and the solenoid unit 22 is attached to the outer face of the casing main body 2. The solenoid unit 22 has a lock lever 25 shifting between an irrotational position for preventing rotation of the cylinder lock 5 and the rotator 7 and a rotation allowing position for allowing their rotation. Only when first operation is performed under proper conditions, the solenoid unit 22 shifts the lock lever 25 from the irrotational position to the rotation allowing position. A separation preventive block part 30 having a through hole 30a is provided at a lock position 1A where rotation of the cylinder lock 5 and the rotator 7 is allowed while protruding into the part storage chamber 2a in a unit housing 23 of the solenoid unit 22.
