PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anodizing apparatus for partially forming an anodic oxide film in the inner surface of a hollow part in a material of a light alloy to be treated, at high speed. SOLUTION: The anodizing apparatus is directed at forming the anodic oxide film only on the inner surface of the hollow part in the material to be treated, and comprises a sealing member for blocking an opening of the hollow part and an electrode to be arranged in the hollow part, wherein the electrode is made of a hollow body and has an opening in an approximately oblique direction with respect to the tangential direction in the wall, for sprouting an electrolytic solution toward the inner surface part from a hollow chamber of the electrode.
