PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth wrapper shaped package which is full in taste and emotion of the appearance to wrap an article, elegant and nature-friendly, provided with the appearance imaging a cloth wrapper as a Japanese traditional and cultural asset, and easy to wrap the article. SOLUTION: The cloth wrapper shaped package comprises side plates and overlapping plates continuous to a pair of opposing ends of a rectangular bottom plate, flap plates continuous to a pair of the other opposing ends of the bottom plate, an exterior sheet having cut-out holes opened in both ends of the bottom plate, a cloth wrapper shaped sheet B, and a stopper rubber C. The cloth wrapper shaped sheet B wrapping an article D by overlapping or binding a pair of corner sheet parts 11, 11 is passed through each cut-out hole in the bottom plate of the exterior sheet, and binding a pair of the other corner sheet parts 12, 12 of the cloth wrapper shaped sheet B so as to cover each flap plate, and overlapping the overlapping plates each other and closing them to perform the packaging.
