PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a smell of dung and other hygienic problems in case of keeping a pet (especially, a dog) in a house, by cleaning the dung attached to the pet around its rump, after the pet defecates, and then letting the pet into the house. SOLUTION: The subject cleaning device is so structured that a screw part is formed in an inner surface of a cylinder-shaped cap, so as to be engaged with a screw part of a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottle container, and a plurality of holes are bored in a partition surface of the cap in the center of the surface and positions around the center. A hole-selecting plate which is contacted with the partition surface is prepared by boring and arranging holes in positions corresponding to the holes bored in the partition surface, and further the plate is contrived to be received in the inside of the inner surface of the cap by using a groove, or the like, so as not to slip off. The hole-selecting plate which is received in the groove, or the like, of the cap is turned around the center axis of the cap, and therefore the holes of the cap other than the center hole are closed by turning the hole-selecting plate, while leaving the center hole to be opened. When pressure is applied to a side face of the PET bottle container in which water is held, the water passes through the center hole of the cap, then passes through the center hole of the hole-selecting plate, and sprayed.
