METHOD AND DEVICE FOR HEATING BY MICROWAVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize uniform heating of a heated matter by suppressing local heating specific to micro wave to improve the attractiveness of the heated matter after heating. SOLUTION: In this microwave heating method, microwave is fed into a heating chamber 1 in which the heated matter is stored to heat the heated matter. The microwave is fed into the heating chamber 11 to heat the heated matter, and the temperature of the heated matter is measured to detect whether or not a specified temperature difference occurs in the temperature distribution of the heated matter. When the specified temperature difference occurs, water particles are fed into the heating chamber 11 to change a dielectric constant distribution state in the heating chamber 11 so as to change the distribution of electric field by the microwave fed into the heating chamber 11.
