PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plurality of brake pad holding members formed on a mounting clip. SOLUTION: A brake caliper mounting clip is mounted between a brake caliper comprising a brake pad channel and a brake pad comprising an edge member. The edge member is moved between a rotor cap and a caliper housing in the brake pad channel. The clip is slidably engaged with the edge member, and has a pad holding part comprising the plurality of pad holding members. The pad holding members are connected with the pad holding part and mounted between the edge member and the rotor cap. The plurality of pad holding members are constituted to prevent the dropping of the brake pad into the rotor gap. The edge member of the brake pad and the plurality of pad holding members are constituted to prevent inadequate mounting of the brake pad in the caliper. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
