The system (1) has a watchdog-circuit that comprises a condenser and different resistors (R1, R2) for charging and discharging the condenser, respectively. A microprocessor controls charging and discharging of the condenser within a preset threshold. A blocking function is caused by the circuit, if the occurring voltage at the condenser lies over another threshold valve. The system is reset, when a third threshold valve is exceeded.
