<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing composition for CIP (cleaning in place), capable of removing residual flavor in a good efficiency in the CIP cleaning and almost without remaining solvent smell after the cleaning. <P>SOLUTION: This cleansing composition for the CIP contains (A) cyclodextrin and water.
