<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic material which uses metallic magnetic particles coated with oxide and whose relative permeabilityμis 100 or more and practical frequency is 1 MHz or higher. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic device is provided with a magnetic material layer that is formed by compressing and molding metallic magnetic particles coated with oxide, wherein insulated layers are formed on both surfaces of the magnetic material layer. The magnetic material layer formed of compressed/molded body of metallic magnetic particles coated with oxide and the insulated layer are alternately stuck, and the insulated layers are provided on both surfaces thereof, so as to form a laminated magnetic device. An insulated material is arranged on a surface in contact with a mold, the metallic magnetic particles coated with oxide are placed at its central part, and then the insulated material and the metallic magnetic particles are compressed and molded as one body. Thus, the magnetic device can be manufactured with the magnetic material layer formed by compressing/molding the metallic magnetic particles coated with oxide, wherein the insulated layer is formed on both surfaces of the magnetic material layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
