<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baby holder capable of suppressing the swinging of a laterally holding seat suspended from its strap body. <P>SOLUTION: In a baby holder 1 includes a baby holder body 2 worn by the user and a laterally holding seat 3 suspended therefrom to hold an infant in a laterally held state, the baby holder body 2 is provided with upper clasps 18b and 19 for suspending the laterally holding seat 3 and lower clasps 20b located therebelow.
