<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyboard input device and electronic equipment having waterproofness. <P>SOLUTION: A keyboard 5 has: key tops 51 each becoming a contact point with a user in time of key input; and rubber springs 52 (elastic members) each connected to the lower face of the key top 51, each having a cavity-like (dome-like) inside, The rubber spring 52 is provided on a membrane sheet 53. The rubber spring 52 has elasticity, and pushes up the key top 51 to a moving-away direction from the membrane sheet 53. A peripheral part of the membrane sheet 53 and a keyboard base 57 are connected through a connection part 58. A vent hole 59 (a first hole part) penetrating the membrane sheet 53 is formed below each the rubber spring 52.
