<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an alcoholic beverage that is obtained by making good use of an active ingredient contained in the root part of Morinda citritolia L. and is readily drinkable. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing wine of Morinda citritolia L. comprises cleaning the root part of Morinda citritolia L., drying the root part in the shade, pulverizing it in a chip form, immersing the chip in alcohol, aging the immersion at a normal temperature for≥90 days and extracting the active ingredient of Morinda citritolia L. Also, a method for producing the wine of Morinda citritolia L. comprises immersing a cinnamon bark or root together with the root part of Morinda citritolia L. A method for producing the wine of Morinda citritolia L. comprises mixing the extracted solution of root of Morinda citritolia L. with an extracted solution of cinnamon with alcohol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
