<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and installation work manhours; and to transmit operation force to a remote control mechanism from an outside handle mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: This lock device of a sliding door D has a plurality of latch mechanisms 11, 13 and 17 including a front latch mechanism 3 installed in a front part of the sliding door D, the outside handle mechanism arranged outside window glass 30, and the remote control mechanism 16 arranged inside the window glass 30 by exerting the operation force from the outside handle mechanism 14 on the respective latch mechanisms 11, 13 and 17. The lock device is constituted so as to connect a first transmission cable 21 and a second transmission cable 22 for transmitting the operation force transmitted to a relay lever 50 from the first transmission cable 21 to the remote control mechanism, to the relay lever 50 rotatably supported by a casing 38 of the front latch mechanism 13 so as to be positioned inside the window glass 30, by extending the first transmission cable 21 for transmitting the operation force from the outside handle mechanism 14 to the front latch mechanism 13 side by bypassing the window glass 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
