<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment unit and an endoscope treatment system capable of shortening the time of techniques by making the moving amount of a loop part larger than the moving amount of an operation wire at the time of expanding and contracting the loop part. <P>SOLUTION: A snare unit 5 is provided with a cylindrically formed main body 7 which can be inserted to the channel of an endoscope, a locking part 8 disposed so as to be moved back and forth in an axial direction inside the main body 7, and a snare wire 12 having the loop part 10 formed by being bent back roughly in a U shape and two fold-back parts 11 folded back in the axial direction of the main body 7 at the locking part 8 and formed so as to be expanded and contracted. One end 12A and the other end 12B of the snare wire are both fixed near the distal end inside the main body 7.
