PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent cosmetic preparation which has a high-saturation, bright, and transparent appearance and is excellent in an effect (quality enhancement effect) of adding previously inattainable transparency and three-dimensionality feelings to a part to which it is applied by optically changing its quality and an effect of adding a high glossiness feeling to a part to which it is applied. SOLUTION: The transparent cosmetic preparation excellent in the beautifulness of appearance and in cosmetic effect comprises a fiber which has a structure being a laminate of at least two polymers having different refractive indices and produces colored interference light and a gelling agent.
