PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve meeting registering accuracy in a reversing cylinder. SOLUTION: A claw (A) 25A provided in an outer peripheral notch 26 of the reversing cylinder 15 lodges paper when the paper is transferred from a cylinder on an upstream side so as to transfer the paper to a lodged claw (B) 25B. A claw rest shaft 17A of the claw (A) 25A is rotatably supported by a plurality of axially arranged claw rest shaft holders. The claw rest shaft holder locating at the axial middle part of the claw rest shaft 17A is displaced towards a side indicated with an arrow A to the claw rest shaft holders locating at both the axial ends of the claw rest shaft 17A. Accordingly, the axis center C1 at the axial middle part of the claw rest shaft 17A is offset by a length x1 to the conveying direction A of paper to the axis centers C0 at both the end part sides of the claw rest shaft 17A.
