PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric stirrer without sticking of a stirred product to the stirring blade. SOLUTION: The entire surfaces of three blades 22 of the stirring blade 16 attached to the tip of the shaft 14 of the electric stirrer 10 and the surface of the shaft 14 are coated with a fluorine coating layer 24 to prevent adhesion of a stirred product, e.g. concrete.
