PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and suppress thermal influence generated from a cord reel by housing a overseas specification cord reel and a domestic specification cord reel in the common cord reel housing section. SOLUTION: The cord reel housing section 17 alternatively selecting the foreign specification cord reel 16A and the domestic specification cord reel and housing them in the vertically positioned state is provided within the rice-cooker body 1, the cooker is constituted such that the upper end of the domestic specification cord reel is placed below the upper end of the overseas specification cord reel 16A in a state where they are housed in the cord reel housing section 17, the overseas specification cord reel 16A or the domestic specification cord reel can be alternatively selected and housed in the cord reel housing section 17 in the vertically positioned state.
