PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of attaching/detaching a hook to/from a fixing member. SOLUTION: The hooks 50F and 50R can be supported so as to be relatively displaced to a service bar 40 (fixing member), and only when the hooks 50F and 50R take a prescribed displaced form within the displacement area, the attachment and detachment of the hooks 50F and 50R to/from the service bar 40 are allowed. When the hooks 50F and 50R attached to the service bar 40 are displaced to be a form other than the attachable/detachable displaced form, the hooks 50F and 50R are held in the state of being attached to the service bar 40. Since the work of tightening and loosening screws requiring time and labor is not needed at the time of attaching and detaching the hooks 50F and 50R to/from the service bar 40, the operability is excellent.
