PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a foundation block having large strength to pulling-out force acting on a fixing means to safely support even heavy equipment such as an automatic vending machine, and allowing easy installation of the equipment. SOLUTION: At least one end of a bolt groove comprising a head part groove allowing a slide of a bolt head part and having width blocking rotation of the bolt head part, a washer groove formed above it, having wider groove width than the head part groove and allowing a slide of a washer plate inserted on a bolt, and a shaft part groove formed above it, having narrower width than the head part groove and the washer groove, allowing a slide of a bolt shaft part, having an upper part opening to a block upper face is made to be opened to the peripheral face of the foundation block. The pulling-out force is transmitted in order of the bolt head part→a washer→an upper wall of the washer groove, and the force transmitted to the upper wall of the washer groove is received by concrete of the foundation block and is distributed and transmitted into the concrete. Accordingly, even if configuring the bolt groove by a molding of weak aluminum or a resin, bending stress or tensile stress generated in the molding is small, the pulling-out force is received by the concrete, and the pulling-out strength becomes extremely large.
