PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a program to convert received data broadcasted contents in which no need exists to produce original information at a broadcasting state side, a receiver side can conduct appropriate presentation and processing using the contents distributed by data broadcasting and presentation other than picture display can be conducted at the receiver side. SOLUTION: A data broadcasted contents receiving and converting device 1 converts received data broadcasted contents into converted data in accordance with a conversion rule and outputs the data. The device 1 is provided with a data broadcasted contents receiving and demodulating means 3, a transport stream signal decoding means 5, a converted information selecting means 7, an item classifying means 9, a reading information generating means 11, a constant type sentence inserting means 13, a reading converting means 15 and a reading outputting means.
