PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weld a clip to a base material with good accuracy even if the warpage of the mounting part of the clip occurring at the welding time arises. SOLUTION: The clip 11 having a plate-like mounting part 12 is welded to a splash guard 3 mounted at a rear door 2. An oblique surface 21 is formed on the mounting surface 17 at an opposite side to the surface mounted with the splash guard 3 of the clip 11. The oblique surface 21 is vibration welded at the clip 11 welding time. Thus, the mounting part 12 of the clip 11 is thermally deformed, and formed in the shape that the projecting part to the outer panel 10 side is cut out. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
