PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for field assembling, which does not have to be lifted so as to be pulled out from a main reinforcement group, after being lowered for the assembly of a cage, an implement set for field assembling, and a field assembling method. SOLUTION: Characteristically, this implement for field assembling comprises: an implement body; an insertion part which is formed in such a manner as to vertically pass through the implement body and which allows the passage of a main reinforcement group arranged in an erected state; a storage part which is formed around the insertion part in such a manner as to communicate with the insertion part and which houses a shear reinforcement-stacked body constituted by vertically stacking shear reinforcements; a placement part for placing the shear reinforcement-stacked body housed in the storage part; and an extraction port for extracting the shear reinforcement of the shear reinforcement-stacked body, housed in the storage part, from above the implement body.
