FIELD: construction industry; agriculture; food industry; medicine; biology; methods of activation of liquids. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of treatment of liquids by activation and may be used in various industries, in particular, in agriculture, biology, medicine, food-processing industry at preparation of different solutions, emulsions, suspensions. The method includes compression the liquids with their subsequent squeezing through at least one nozzle with a supersonic speed at the outlet on an output and deceleration of the outgoing jet of the liquid by a barrier. Compression and squeezing of the liquid is exercised by its rotation in the fast spinning hollow rotor during a liquid movement through at least one running from the center of the rotation to the periphery full-profile channel, on the outlet of which there is an installed nozzle.
