<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit for lighting an in-vehicle lighting device using an ON-ON switch. <P>SOLUTION: The switch circuit is constructed of a vehicle-mounted storage battery 2, resistor 3, ON-ON switch 4, capacitor 5, transistor 6, and support circuit 7, and determines whether to supply DC power to an inverter circuit 8, by receiving a pulse signal generated in a short time during the ON-ON switch 4 is opened. The support circuit maintains operation or stop of the transistor 6 until it receives next pulse signal after receiving the pulse signal.
