<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a program reservation from being canceled against user's intention. <P>SOLUTION: During a period from the ON of a power supply for an electronic apparatus up to the completion of the initialization of hardware, a BIOS 21A reads out information indicating a reservation time from an RTC 20A and stores the read information in a memory 13. After completing the initialization of the hardware, a second OS 51 e.g. is started. At the time of starting an application 52, a reservation information acquisition part 61 inquires a reservation state to the BIOS 21A and acquires information indicating the existence of reservation and a reservation time. When the application 52 is being executed, an informing processing part 62 informs of at least the existence of the reservation.
