<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of properly representing the speed of a moving body in a virtual space. <P>SOLUTION: An operation input reception part 201 receives the operation input for a virtual vehicle. A running state management part 203 manages the running state of the virtual vehicle on the basis of the received operation input. An image forming part 204 forms a view image using the moving body as a reference on the basis of stored image information and the managed moving state. A speed calculation part 205 calculates the speed of the moving body on the basis of the managed moving state. A deformed image forming part 206 extracts an image in a rectangle region based on the speed from the formed view image and forms an image deformed in rectangle shape.
