<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium secondary battery manufactured in simple and economical processes, with excellent safety, capacity, and life. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium secondary battery comprises a cathode containing a cathode active material, an anode containing an anode active material, a separator located between the cathode and the anode, and electrolyte solution.
