<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectification circuit capable of supplying power sufficiently by suppressing a voltage loss, and to provide a wireless communication medium equipped with the rectification circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The rectification circuit comprises a pair diode composed of PMOS transistors P1 and P2 each having a gate also serving as a source, and a pair switch composed of NMOS transistors N1 and N2 where the gate of one NMOS transistor is connected with the drain of the other NMOS transistor. A node connecting the drains of the PMOS transistor P1 and the NMOS transistor N1 serves as an input, a node connecting the drains of the PMOS transistor P2 and the NMOS transistor N2 also serves as an inpt, and AC voltage signals are inputted to these inputs. Common electrodes of the PMOS transistors P1 and P2 serve as outputs, sources of the NMOS transistors N1 and N2 also serve as outputs, and DC voltage signals are delivered from these outputs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
