摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize measurement accuracy with respect to a solar cell and obtain an environment which can improve the accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The simulated sunlight irradiation apparatus is provided with a solar cell fixing stand 50 to fix/support a solar cell, a lighting fixture 25 arranged opposite to the solar cell while being separated from it, and a lamp. The lamp emits a spectrum approximating that of a sunlight, and it is a xenon lamp having a shape like along most of a circle. In addition, the lamp is provided with a lighting device 31 for lighting the lamp, a load device 60 to be connected with the solar cell, and a measuring device 70 to measure the characteristics of the solar cell. A control device 80 sequentially shifts load to a plurality of points and flash-lights the lamp with an interval, to measure the output of the solar cell at the respective points. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
