<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack mounting structure for placing an article on a roof, a rack mounting metal piece and a rack mounting method by which breakage of a fastening piece or a tile is prevented and the number of the tiles to be removed is reduced, when the article is placed on an existing tile roof having a predetermined inclination pitch. <P>SOLUTION: A base plate 10 having a plate part 13 and a screw hole 14 is fixed to a roof underlayer material 1. A bored tile 4 having an insertion hole 24 is laid on the base plate 10. A support bolt 11 is inserted into the insertion hole 24 and screwed to a screw hole 14. A rack mounting plate 12 is fixed to the support bolt 11 in a manner that a rack mounting part 12c extends toward the upside of the inclination pitch. A distance between a fixing position of a vertical rack 5a fixed to the rack mounting part 12c and a second intersection of a plumb line, passing a first intersection of a shaft line of the support bolt 11 with an upper face of a plate part 13, with an upper face or its extended face of the rack mounting part 12c is smaller than a distance between the second intersection and a third intersection of the shaft line of the support bolt 11 with the upper face or its extended face of the rack mounting part 12c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
