AMPLIFIER-PART SEPARATE TYPE FLOW SENSOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of excellent compatibility in which an amplifier part and a head part are arbitrarily together combined while making the most of a characteristic of the head part that it is small-sized and simple, as to an amplifier separate type flow sensor device.

SOLUTION: The head part 31 is equipped with volatile digital trimmers 311a and 312a for correcting signals obtained from a flow sensor 211 and a non-volatile EEPROM 315 with setting information thereof stored therein. A processor of the amplifier part executes a setting process for reading the setting information from the EEPROM 315 of the head part 31 to write it into the digital trimmers 311a and 312a of the head part 31 as an initial processing routine after power is turned on.
