INPUT CIRCUIT AND OUTPUT CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input circuit which prevents malfunctioning of a function circuit during a power source voltage rise without the need for a separate Under Voltage Lock Out (UVLO) circuit. SOLUTION: The input circuit 2 includes: a transistor 11 which receives a signal of an input terminal IN at a gate; a resistor 16 arranged between the drain of the transistor 11 and a power source voltage VBAT; a transistor 12 arranged between the source of the transistor 11 and a ground potential; a resistor 17 arranged between the gate of the transistor 12 and the power source voltage VBAT; a resistor 18 arranged between the gate of the transistor 12 and the ground potential; a transistor 13 which receives a signal between the drain of the transistor 11 and the resistor 16 at the gate and connects and disconnects the path of the current which flows to the resistors 17 and 18; and a transistor 14 which receives the signal of the input terminal IN at the gate and connects and disconnects the path of the current which flows to the resistors 17 and 18.
