PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a high-quality labeling image on an optical disk. SOLUTION: A method for generating a curved laster image is disclosed. This method includes a step of providing a rectangular laster image, a step of determining the geometrical shape and the coordinate system of the curved laster on a curved track to form a curved laster, and a step of tracing the curved laster to determine a plurality of data positions. This method further includes a step of calculating the data of a curved laster from the rectangular laster image for each of the plurality of data positions to generate a curved laser image.
