PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the mass-production of a mucoadhesive DDS (drug delivery system) having a three-layer structure composed of a water-insoluble layer, a holding layer and a water-soluble layer at a low production cost. SOLUTION: The method for the mass-production of GI-MAPS which is a DDS suitable for improving the absorption of not only a scarcely/poorly absorbable drug but also a health food, a functional food and a nutrient substance after the peroral administration comprises the inclusion of these main components in seamless capsules and the application of an insolubilizing treatment to the hemispherical part of the seamless capsule. The method enables the mass-production of the GI-MAPS which is a mucoadhesive DDS having a three-layer structure composed of a water-soluble layer, a holding layer and a water-insoluble layer.
