PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in imaging quality resulting from the adhesion of dust by obtaining a camera module capable of preventing the re-adhesion of dust to a lens, a photoreceiving surface of an imaging device and an optical filter by holding dust existing in light guiding space. SOLUTION: In a camera module 100 which includes an imaging semiconductor device 31 and a lens 35 which guides light of a subject to be photographed on the imaging surface of the imaging semiconductor device 31, the camera module is characterized by being provided with a holding means 43 capable of holding dust in the light guiding space 51 between the imaging semiconductor device 31 and the lens 35.
