SOLUTION: An assembly for the electronic liquid cooling system includes a heat exchanger 104 equipped with a tube 106 and a plurality of fins 108 coupled to the tube 106, and a mount 110 coupled to the heat exchanger 104 capable of attaching a variable number and configuration of fans 112 to the heat exchanger 104.
